Benefits to a Call Center
Reducing or eliminating wait time is key with a business that deals with customers. Because callers can immediately connect to your office, they can transact business with no more waiting time. And too often, because clients can reach your office immediately, it enhances their perception of your company. This brings in more customers, more deals and more revenues.
2.)IMPROVE EFFICIENCY
A Call Center allows a few employees to deal with a large call flow without leaving callers behind.
3.)MINIMIZE EXPENSES
With callers being placed in a queue, you are able to have the minimum number of employees to handle the maximum amount of callers
4.)DISPLAY STATISTICS
You are able to study the statistics and make sure that you have enough employees handing the right amount of calls. You are also able to view averagve wait times, disconnect rates and more.
5.)BETTER OFFICE COMMUNICATION HANDLING
A call center, aside from handling live calls, can also process emails. In addition, it can handle fax, web-based queries, web-cam conferencing, Instant Messaging, and other means of communication for the company. “ Our struggling staff could hardly deal with the number of calls we receive, and we hardly have time for incoming emails. A number of deals were lost because we neglect emails. But now, we know better. Our call center which has an excellent call center software, processes our calls and emails. Now, we receive favorable business transactions out of these emails.”

Ergonomic Chairs
What Qualities Should an Ergonomic Chair Have?
It's Quite Simple?
Height- Most Office chairs offer a pneumatic adjustment lever, which is the easiest way to adjust the height of the chair. A seat height that ranges from about 16 to 21 inches off the floor should work for most people.
Width and Depth- The seat should have enough width and depth to support any user comfortably. Usually 17-20 inches wide is the standard. The depth (from front to back of the seat) needs to be enough so that the user can sit with his or her back against the backrest of the ergonomic office chair while leaving approximately 2 to 4 inches between the back of the knees and the seat of the chair. The forward or backward tilt of the seat should be adjustable.
Lumbar support- Lower back support very important. The lumbar spine has an inward curve, and sitting for long periods without support for this curve tends to lead to slouching (which flattens the natural curve) and strains the structures in the lower spine. An ergonomic chair should have a lumbar adjustment (both height and depth) so each user can get the proper fit to support the inward curve of the lower back.
Backrest- The backrest of an ergonomic office chair should be 12 to 19 inches wide. Most chairs, if the back is separated, are fully adjustable to accomodate to any body type.
Seat material- Most ergonomic chairs have a cloth fabric that "breathes" as well as enough padding to feel comfortable for an 8 hour day.
Armrests- Offering rest during the daily duties that employees endure, arm rests should be fully adjustable to accomodate to every individual - of all shapes and sizes.
Swivel- Making it easy for employees to multi-task, every chair should incorporate a swift, smooth swivel.

Know Your Boat - Hull Types
- Flat Bottom Hull
- Deep V-Hull
- Cathedral Hull
- Round Bottom Hull
Flat Bottom Hulls are generally found on smaller boats that are used on lakes, ponds or any other calm water. They can be taken to high speeds but are not very stable.
Deep V-Hulls are excellent for cutting through choppy waters. They are not as efficient as flat or round bottom hulls and need larger engines to run at similar speeds
Round Bottom Hulls are known for almost "gliding" throught the water. Due to this fact, most cruising boats feature round bottoms
Catheedral Hulls (also known as Multi-Hulls) are two or more hulls put together. These are the most stable hulls. The air pocket that is formed between the hulls helps maintain stability.

How a CB Radio Works
A CB Radio (Citizens Band Radio) is meant for two things: Capturing radio frequency signals that are converted to electrical signals by the receiver, and taking electrical signals from the transmitter and converting them into radio-frequency signals. Adding tuning into play, an antenna needs to radiate radio-frequencies. This is the most effective when the length of the antenna exactly matches the wavelength of the transmitted radio frequency.
There is a proper formula to determine the desired length for the antenna:
Wavelength (in feet) = 984 / frequency (in megahertz)
With modern CB transceivers having approximately 40 channels each corresponding to a different frequency. It's not practical to have a separate antenna for each frequency, so antenna designers have to compromise, usually picking a frequency in the middle of the spread and choosing the antenna length to correspond.
