Adding Expansion Modules for Receptionists

"One moment please, I'll transfer you" is a common phrase used by receptionists. In order to do their job properly, a receptionist or operator must know the extensions of all users and if they are on the line or not. An easy way to accoplish this is to add an expansion module to the telephone. The expansion console acts as a communication barrier between the receptionist and all other employees. For more telephone systems, a telephone can handle as many as two consoles, depending on the company size!
