The mission of Community Foundation of Broward is to provide leadership on community solutions and foster philanthropy that connects people who care with causes that matter. Arlene Pecora served as chairperson for the Grant Making for Community Impact.
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County – Cattleman’s Club:
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County is dedicated to providing safe and positive places for local children to spend time. The Cattleman’s Club is a select organization with a mission of service to youth that presents an annual fundraiser called “Ranch Roam”. One of the members of the Cattleman’s Club is Arlene Pecora who has donated time and resources to this event.
United Way of Broward County Mayor’s Gala:
Arlene Pecora participated in the committee to organize The United Way of Broward County Mayor’s Gala which raised more than $500,000 for community programs. The proceeds will benefit 2-1-1 First Call for Help and Transitional Independent Living programs.
